economics and freakonimics

I have recently become very interested in economics (so recent in fact that I have to slow down to be sure I spell it correctly). This kind of new fascination doesn't always take for an eon in me (see the fading allure of scotch - now a whiskey interest. However, I've gotten into a podcast about the topic from NPR and back into the writings of Michael Lewis and I am absolutely enthralled with knowing why people and companies act the way they do when it comes to spending & making money.
