lower back

I worked as an usher tonight at the Sounds game. I really like doing this part time job, but it requires standing all night (however long the game goes for) and that causes a problem in the ol' (you guessed it) lower back. I don't think it's actually glowing red back there, but I do feel a little tweak up in that thang. I tried wearing different shoes this evening, Rockports - with soles replaced by Dr. Sholl's inserts due to the originals being worn out completely. Well that didn't work as well as I'd hoped. Now don't get me wrong, I'm going to live. But... I'm not so sure right now that the minimum wages and free game viewings is worth the long term pain I'll be experiencing. A reasonable person may have taken a break or two during the game and maybe sat somewhere out of the way and rested the rear side of the torso. But not the Ry-ry (please note spelling for your future comments - as I will only respond to those who both spell it correctly and actually want me to).
No, the Ry-ry is one who will fight through the pangs and keep working hard. It's just one of the reasons I'm awesome.

Wait a minute, I did take a couple of breaks, and I didn't really feel any pain until I got home and played with the Wifey for a couple of minutes. Well, nonetheless, I guess I'll keep working the games and even fooling around with the Wifey. And I'll keep track of the many disorders that come this way. Rock ON!

I'm assuming the spelling comment is directed toward me. Ry-ry.
