head, shoulders, knees & toes

So, the song goes "Head, shoulders, knees & toes (knees & toes!)" And I've totally got pains in each of those today (hence the reason I thought of the song). A small headache (those are coming more frequently and I'm getting a li'l worried as to why); a slight shoulder pain associated with the awesome workout I did yesterday on the arms, and probably nothing to do with the fact that I'm getting older and whinier; normal knee pain today - kind of what happens when it's about to rain, but not as pronounced and painful as that. It's a nice dull, achy pain. Really a nice touch if you think about it.

UPDATE: before actually posting this, I turned my head rather leisurely to the left and BAM! an unwelcome sound of popping and a feeling of distinct displeasure. Please add "neck" to the list of head, shoulders, knees and toes. Thanks. Thanks a lot, asshat (that's me - I'm an asshat).

Then I took several pills in an effort to alleviate these ailments and the heartburn and anxiety I'm feeling as well, and now I've got some kind of stupid chills and shakes going. Why me, Lord?
