Rambling Traveling Man

Well, the ol' Wifey and I are heading out to DC this weekend, and with airline rides comes a little something that keeps getting worse each time I fly. That little something is anxiety. I used to love flying when I was younger, and I still like the idea even after being trapped in a plane for about 11 hours a couple of times, but nowadays it's a real chore because of the way they run you through - neigh, shuffle you through - at the airport. The lines everywhere once you get to the airport are so ridiculous that it makes you feel like being a part of a cattle herd would be an honor. So the lines are bad, but that's not the worst part in my opinion. To me, the worst is having to fly the worst of airlines because my Wifey is a thrifty lady (code for cheap ass). Don't get me wrong, I'm no millionaire, but I'd rather not go anywhere than go on the cheap like we do. There are other airlines that cater to those who don't want to save the couple of coins and so you don't have to sit next to the white trash guy with no sleeves and a mullet making his way to Disney World, aren't there? I'd like flying with them if they still used these uniforms, though:
